The warranty period is calculated from the date of retail sale or from the start of the relevant season.

Footwear:

• winter season — from November 15 to March 15;
• spring — from March 15 to May 15;
• summer — from May 15 to September 15;
• fall — from September 15 to November 15.

Apparel:

• fall-winter season — from October 1;
• spring-summer — from April 1.

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection," if defects are found during the warranty period, you have the right to request:

• a proportional price reduction;
• free repair of defects within a reasonable time;
• reimbursement of costs incurred to fix the defects.

For significant defects caused by the manufacturer or seller — termination of the contract with a refund, or replacement of the item with an identical one.

Fill out a return request for a defective product on the "Returns" page, or bring the item and receipt to any store in our network. Claims are reviewed within 1 to 14 days.

Complaints about defects are not accepted after the warranty period has expired.
