Returns

If a product doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The product must show no signs of wear, have its tags on, and be complete with all accessories.

• Shipping for the return of a product of proper quality is paid by the customer.
• Funds are refunded within 10 days from the moment SPORT CITY staff receive the product. For online payments, the refund may appear as a payment cancellation rather than a new credit.
• Check the product at the branch upon receipt — without an inspection in the presence of the carrier's employee, we cannot guarantee resolution of disputes.

• more than 14 days have passed since receipt;
• packaging, tags, or labels are missing;
• the product has been used, damaged, or has lost its properties — regardless of how long it was used;
• the return request form has not been filled out;
• items from the list in Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 03/19/1994: underwear and thermal underwear, socks, gloves, sprays and aerosols, etc.

1. In your personal account, in the «My Orders and Points» section, click «Request a Return» next to the relevant order — or fill out a return request form on the website.
2. Within 24 hours, you will receive shipping details by email. There is no need to wait for a manager's call.
3. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging (sets are returned complete) and send it via Nova Poshta according to the instructions in the email.
4. Funds will be credited to the account specified in the request — within up to 10 business days after we receive the product.

If you find a defect, in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection», you may file a quality claim and return or exchange the product during the warranty period.

• In this case, shipping is paid by SPORT CITY.
• Fill out a request for the return of a defective product — claim review takes from 1 to 14 days.
• If the defects are due to the fault of the manufacturer or seller, you will receive return instructions, and the funds will be refunded to the account specified in the request.
