This page explains how to delete your Sport City account and what exactly happens to your data. The personal data controller is PROGRESSIYA, LLC (ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ «ПРОГРЕССІЯ»), EDRPOU code 43096272, address: 82 Kyrylivska St., office 256, Kyiv, 04080, Ukraine.
Open the "Account" tab, scroll down and tap "Delete account", then confirm. The account is deleted immediately; there is no need to contact support.
If the app is not installed, send an email to support@sportcity.ua with the subject "Account deletion" and specify the phone number the account is registered to. We will process the request within 30 days and send a confirmation.
Name, phone number, email address, delivery addresses and other contact details, saved sizes, wishlist, browsing history, and all active login sessions. After deletion you cannot log in to the account and it cannot be restored. Access to the bonus account ends and accumulated points are forfeited.
Records of orders already placed (number, items, amount, date) remain in the accounting system: Ukrainian tax law requires primary documents to be kept for 1095 days. These records are detached from the user profile and are not used for marketing mailings.
