Payment and Delivery

All orders are shipped via the «Nova Poshta» carrier. Shipping takes place within 3 days after order confirmation, subject to product availability.

• Parcels are stored at the branch for 5 days, after which they are returned to the warehouse. Storage can be extended via the Nova Poshta app or by phone 0 800 339 532.
• Be sure to inspect the product upon receipt in the presence of the carrier's employee — without an inspection we cannot guarantee resolution of disputes.

• Orders are assembled at the chain's stores, so one order may be split into several parcels — a manager will notify you of this before shipping. If the order amount exceeds 3 500 ₴, we cover the delivery cost of all parcels.
• You can order one product in two sizes for fitting — such orders are shipped as separate parcels, with delivery paid by the customer regardless of amount.
• No more than 4 parcels with cash on delivery can be placed at once. More orders require 100% prepayment on the website or to the bank account.

• Online on the website by bank card (LiqPay) — no commission.
• Cash on delivery at a branch or from a courier — carrier commission of 20 ₴ + 2% of the amount, per parcel.
• To a bank account — for LLCs/sole proprietors with an order amount of 3,000 ₴ or more.

You have 3 days to confirm payment for the order. Before shipping, the payment method can be changed to any convenient one.
